Scotcheroos=happiness

I mostly just read for my Outbreak class for this week. It wasn't a very exciting day. I also made scotcheroos because I wanted some more and I had just finished all of them from my last batch yesterday. I decided to freeze some of them so that I won't eat them all at once. Hopefully this will slow me down. I also made them in my cupcake tin-thingies so they're all different. I have ones that are present shaped and then ones from my little muffin tin and then some that were from the leftover stuff that I just rolled into balls. The ones from the little muffin tin are so cute! That was about all of the excitement from my day.
